3. Order Adjustments

Adjustments to your order (e.g., delivery details, recipient information) must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Failure to provide updated details within this time frame may result in additional charges, and payments will remain non-refundable.
4. Substitution Policy

Substitutions will always be made with flowers of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement. Refunds will not be issued for substitutions.
5. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer or the recipient's unavailability, the payment remains non-refundable.

A redelivery fee may apply if the flowers are returned to our shop and need to be delivered again.
